Our small-batch products are hand-crafted and made entirely from our harvest of Walnuts and Hazelnuts grown here in Tūrangi on the Central Plateau - a place of mountains, lakes, wetlands and rivers.

We also host bees who are harvesting from the nearby wetlands of Lake Taupo and we gratefully collect their surplus honey each summer. During summer we harvest from a variety of fruit trees on our property -pears, persimmon, feijoa, apples and quince - so you have plenty to choose from.

Turning what nature provides for us into wholesome, minimally processed goods means we can supply direct to you - at farm gate or local weekend markets. We welcome visitors (do check our availability though) to pick up supplies during the week. Just give us a call so we can scrub up and check what we have in stock.
